Step of equipment commissioning
- fully open, medium-pressure cylinder cooling system, air valve,
- fully open quick cooling outlet valves, sewer valves and heater venting valves.
- Power supply to the control cabinet.
- Open compressed air master pipe manual valve, open pneumatic valve.
- Open the electric regulating door and blow the discharge. (initial valve opening is 50%)
- turn on the electric heater for heating. (observe whether the ammeter display is normal, if not, please open the screen background system initial settings table, set the relevant parameters) see the settings instructions for details;
- set heater outlet temperature (200 ℃-350 ℃).

- the setting ratio of cylinder temperature drop rate is as follows;
- The temperature drop rate should be less than 5 ℃ / h and the temperature difference between hot air and metal should be less than 50 ℃.
- When the first stage metal temperature of the high pressure cylinder is 200 ~ 300 ℃, the temperature drop rate should be less than 6 ~ 8 ℃/ h, and the temperature difference between hot air and metal should be less than 80 ℃.
- The temperature drop rate should be less than 8 10 ℃ / h, and the temperature difference between hot air and metal should be less than 100 ℃.
- start automatic mode for cylinder real-time tracking cooling.
